Where do you source your crystals? 

Many of the items sold are those from my father's original collection and stock, including several that he and I collected ourselves. I also work with a select few trusted suppliers who ensure that materials are ethically mined and collected. 

How much is shipping? 

Shipping costs are always calculated by the weight of your items. Due to the nature of the materials we sell, please be advised that many items are quite heavy and it's easy to put together a heavy purchase. We aim to keep shipping costs as reasonable as possible and use recycled packing materials. 

Do you ship outside of the US? 

Sorry, but we are unable to ship outside of the United States at this time. 

Do you offer local pickup? 

Yes, at no additional charge. Please specify this option at checkout! 

Do you give refunds? 

We do not offer refunds after payment is processed. If your item is broken or damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt. We cannot be responsible for items mishandled or lost by the post office, but will do our best to put in a claim in with USPS.

Is there a difference between shopping on this website and your live sales? 

Instant gratification. Most of our new material is introduced during live sales, but there is usually some competition in order to claim an item. This can be exciting, but if you have your heart set on a particular item, you can be sure it will be yours if you purchase it via the website. There is no price difference between the two sales streams unless items are being marked down.
